I started my journey with Francesco almost a year ago now. At first I did not think that a video lesson could help me progress in the Handstand. Very incredulous I bought the first package, and already from the first lessons Francesco showed himself to be a capable and prepared instructor; within a few lessons he corrected my mistakes and thanks to him I progressed so much.
During the lessons Francesco makes himself active in explaining and demonstrating the exercises. If something is not clear, he is ready to explain it again. I recommend to everyone a path with him to improve, learn and develop your perception and skills in the upside down world :)
