The beauty of this position is that, unlike the correct One leg, straddle, and tuck, you can perform it easily even if you lack shoulder mobility.


It's a valid figure to start trying to create small combos in handstand, combining multiple movements.


This is because in the Diamond position, the thorax is perpendicular, and therefore a shoulder opening of 180° will be sufficient to perform it in line.
