One arm fingertips

Very often, a lot of time is wasted reducing the finger support until resting on just one finger.
What really makes the difference is the distribution of weight on the supporting arm.
There are many aspects to consider, such as:
- shoulder push
- thoracic inclination
- positioning the center of gravity on the supporting hand
- avoiding twisting
- positioning of the pelvis
Merely thinking of reducing the number of fingers in contact with the ground will give the illusion of performing a correct leaning, but many times, it is not possible to complete the unbalancing and the lifting of the hand.
