One leg issue

The One Leg is one of the best exercises to learn how to manage balance in a handstand, and I'll tell you more!

It's my favorite.

The problem is that it's very easy to compensate, and for this reason, even while training this element, you may not see improvements in balance.

The key to developing good control and rhythm on the fingers is to recognize when the body is actually stuck and not compensating during the lifting phase.

When you perform this exercise, lifting from the raise should be a CAUSE of finger release! If you can't lift, it means there will be other corrections to be made, which can be related to activations or positioning.
