Retroversion of the pelvis


One of the biggest problems with the handstand is FAKE PERCEPTION.

You can make a certain movement and achieve the same (aesthetic) result, but in a completely different way, as in this case.

I achieved the alignment of the handstand by moving only my legs.

So what?

It is true that I have aligned myself and "it looks" perfect.

But the problem occurs when you do not know how to move a body part BUT YOU THINK YOU DO.

This makes it difficult to learn new patterns and you waste a lot of time correcting it later.

Instead, if you work on body perception in the right way, all the work will have a completely different approach.

So it is very important to work on isolating each part of the body, understand the mechanisms, apply them to each exercise, and only at the end think about the totality of the movement
