Getting on a riser really makes it much more exciting.


The first few times it is really scary but all it takes is the right propaedeutics.


I didn't mention it in this video but a nice solution to overcome the fear of falling off a riser is to have the wall near your back, even if you are not touching it ( about 40 cm away).


Typically you can use a wooden box to train this movement and then perform it anywhere, and yes, even on handstand’s Cannes or parallel bars 😎🤸🏼‍♂️


The point is to keep challenging yourself and make everything more and more aesthetically pleasing, and then develop much more complex exercises.
