HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
WHO IS IT FOR?
The coaching is for a limited number of students and is intended for those who are in standstill with handstands or more advanced elements of handbalance (e.g., one arm handstand or advanced two-arm elements) and want to study the discipline,
technically,
to understand the training structure and the biomechanics of exercises.
This course is intended to develop full awareness and knowledge of the elements that will be addressed and studied,
thus getting out of the very boring phase of
stalemate.
STAGES OF COACHING
1. Free inquiry and consultation

Fill out the application, you will be redirected to whatsapp, where you will be asked for some tests (video)
LEVEL IS NOT IMPORTANT BUT GOALS, AVAILABILITY OF TRAINING
AND PRIORITIES.

Should you be eligible for the course, showing a real interest in the discipline and willingness to study,
we will proceed with a free phone consultation to explore your current situation and what is the ideal solution to progress.
2. Lesson by video call
The lesson is one-on-one, will be conducted via the zoom app and will last 1 hour.
3.Program delivery
The program will be delivered within a few days via the new app, complete with video explanations of the exercises you will need to perform
4. Support
During the coaching period, you will receive support via whatsapp to resolve your doubts and receive corrections
