3 exercises for momentum




When you have to learn momentum, it's not just about doing freestanding trials. It’s very important to develop all the mechanisms that make up the momentum, 

some of these are:

• finger rhythm (pressure and release)

• body tilt to project the weight towards the back

• pressing the leg towards the thorax


This way, you can always project the weight towards the back and counteract the fall and fully control the balance.
