What creates inconstancy in freestanding is the inability to control the body in the kickup.

In order to optimize freestanding, it is essential to perform transitional work such as these that I have shown you in this video because :

✅ you will begin to perceive the body in space.

✅ you can actually understand if you are activating correctly each part of the body

✅ you're not in a hurry to close your legs because you're already balanced throughout the transition

Obviously, this is just a basic phase of learning the free handstand but it must be surrounded by other exercises that must hit all your weak points to allow you to develop full body perception.
