The most common mistake in this exercise is searching for the lift-off by moving the leg.
Instead, to learn to control the body well, one must focus on correctly positioning the body, bringing the hands back beyond the pelvis, keeping the body tilted towards the back.
When you are in this position correctly, you will feel yourself falling towards the back.
To seek the lift-off, you just need to release the pressure of the fingers and avoid moving the lower leg.
Remember to keep the leg pressed down because this will act as a brake to prevent falling backwards.
