Over Balance is one of the most important aspects to understand in a handstand.
Very often, the mistake is made of searching for lightness when in a handstand.
However, this does not allow full control of balance.
You must learn instead to control the fall towards the back, to maintain all activations, and develop rhythm on finger pressure.
Initially, when you perform the kick up, try to maintain some counterbalance on the belly side, this way it will be much easier to manage the balance.
