Pelvis retroversion

Contracting the glutes is not the solution for pelvis retroversion!

Pay attention because they are two different aspects.

Unfortunately, you might have often heard that you need to contract the glutes in a handstand but it's not always true.

Instead, focus on learning to mobilize the pelvis and develop more proprioception.

If you find it difficult to perceive the pelvis when you do a freestanding handstand,

work on the wall,

because this way you won't have to worry about balance and therefore it will be easier for you to focus on this element.
