Scissor Lift




This is one of the most incorrectly executed basic exercises.


The mistake is thinking of immediately going into balance by moving the legs.


Instead, to learn to manage balance in a handstand well, it is essential to work on the coordination of the fingers.


This exercise allows us to understand how to distribute weight towards the back and how to rhythmically use the fingers to lift yourself and return to the wall without moving any other part of the body.
